This is James from Celestra El Paso and I take full resonsibility for the job that was commented on. If anyone has ever had a pain in the ass customer they can related to this quote "you can only do what you can." Star had been a long time customer who stressed you out when you heard she was coming in. In reference to the job Star saw the art and approved it then proceeded to tell me where to place it. I had custom graphics contracted with I Candy Auto Wraps thru Celestra Graphics, in El Paso, Tx. After 2 months back a forth, a design was approved. When it arrived for instillation it was not what was approved the design was out of focus and distorded. I Candy was contacted and I took my vehicle to McKinney so they could see. Brad agreed it was out not a sharp as it should have been. At that point I told them it needed to be redone. Now after another 2 months they will not stand behind their work and redo the graphics. They want me to pay for the graphics again. If they don't stand behind their work, then it is not a company I can recommend anyone uses. Star Traywick --guest
