Children First has three programs: General Counseling, Adolescent Services, and Batterer Intervention and Prevention (BIPP). See “Services” for more information. We have several sources of funding including government grants, insurance, donations, client fees, contributions and United Way. Most of those we serve are eligible for one of our funding sources and pay little or nothing for services. The BIPP Program does assess fees for its program.
